
Now, no extra points for eating certain vegetables and fruit and I am really not enjoying the experience. I started using the application, properly, after the New Year 2023 as I would like to lose another stone in weight and realised the plan had changed.

I carried on paying for the application so I could use the plan to help me keep the weight off which I have done.

I joined WW last year (online version) on the Personal Points Plan and for me, it was absolutely brilliant. I found this to be a great incentive to carry on dieting. In my opinion, the Personal Points Plan encouraged me to eat more fruit and vegetables because eating some of these foods in these categories, enabled you to gain more points.
